1 Amee SpencerYou cannot do anything. This how it works. If the show is live then someone is watching the same show as you are and they are trying to type the words as fast as they can. If the show is edited, then the cc is added and it in sync with the words. Sometimes the show was tape live the this may be delayed, or added later and in sync (like old movies). When the cc was first developed they thought it would take off better than it did. So they left all kinds of different formats. One for english, one for spanish, etc. then the text modes was there for emergency notifications. This may be only used in larges metro markets (LA or NYC). More |
