It sounds like your TV's CC setting in the MENU is turned on by default.If you access your menu, and find the CC setting in there, and turn it off, you should not see the CC subtitles anymore.The CC button on the remote does not set the default mode, it's more of a quick access button that temporarily changes the default setting. More
